EAGLE TALL X RAY INSPECTION SYSTEM
Eagle tall, glass in glass x ray inspection of upright containers

The Eagle Tall X ray system is specifically designed for the inspection of products in upright containers and glass jars. The system can automatically detect and reject foreign body contaminants such as; metals, glass, stone, bone, PVC, Teflon, Stainless Steel (even in aluminium foil products). Smiths Heimann have developed SimulTask™ software providing each contaminant type to be independently analysed. All image analysis routines are run simultaneously, thus optimising detection capability and minimising false rejects. The MultiTask™ option enables further product conformity/defects to be analysed, these can include the criteria's of; Weight, Size, Shape, Count, Presence, Thickness, Density and Length. The most cost effective glass in glass x ray inspection system available.
