The EWK 1000
economical
checkweigher offers all the advantages of in-line
monitoring, even where past project budgets have precluded
the use of a fully equipped checkweigher. Modest space
requirement, freely adjustable transport height and
program-controlled conveying speed enabling ad hoc
application of this weigher at diverse points along the
production line. Its ground and polished stainless steel
finish and its self-supporting, stainless-steel weighing and
transport system coupled with generous floor clearance
greatly facilitate cleaning. Quick-acting fasteners enable a
change of belts within a few seconds. A data interface
enables further processing of the weight data. This also
greatly facilitates the incorporation of such checkweigher
quality control systems as Sartorius ProControl for Windows. |
