Checkweigher
usage
During production check
the performance of the checkweigher and reject device
hourly. Check against the results to limits established
during Inline commissioning.
Document the checkweigher
test procedures, this ensures that staff check the
equipment in a consistent manner.
Record
the results of all checkweigher tests and the time, date
and person who carried them out.
For
average weights use make sure that the checkweigher
produces a batch report every hour or every 10,000
packs.
Save the
checkweighing batch reports for 12 months.
