Applications:
MESEP®
SP are metal detectors which are used in belt
conveyors or chutes in order
to scan the conveyed material,
e.g. foils or finished
materials, for metallic contaminants.
They serve to protect the
machinery and to ensure the product
quality. They can also be used
in process control, e.g.
as counters, or for
completeness control of metal products.
The
MESEP® SP can be supplied in any width (full millimetres)
from 200 mm to 850 mm. Owing
to its robust aluminium
continuous-cast profile enclosure, the MESEP® SP is
of sufficient torsion strength
even in bigger widths so that
false metal indications due to
enclosure vibrations are
suppressed. The enclosure
includes numerous tapped holes
for easier installation.
