The
METAL SHARKŪ GF100 was designed for removal of magnetic and
nonmagnetic metallic
contaminants in downpipes with high
material throughputs. Despite
the large ring coil opening of
100 mm, the external digital
evaluation electronics
achieves maximum sensitivity. Operation of these units is
very simple and enables
effortless commissioning of the
equipment. All the required
settings are made by key input. After
setting, all
temperature variations and environmental
factors are readjusted
automatically.
For
particularly critical or frequently changing bulk materials,
we also offer electronics with
extensive product effect blanking-out
functions.
Upon
request, we perform preliminary material investigations
and assistance to find the
best possible solution for our
customers.
Sensor Installation with
Mounting Frame:
The
mounting frame is either bolted or welded to the user's
equipment. The fixing points
can be at any position of the
mounting frame. The fastening
section should be unvarnished
high-grade steel in order to
provide good conductivity at the
fixing points.
Vibration:
The metal detector must be installed in a way that
vibrations are kept as minimal as
possible during operation.
Operating Principle:
The METAL
SHARKŪ GF100 consists of the following assemblies:
