The
SHARK® digital metal detector achieves maximum sensitivities
as low as 0.25 mm Fe
sample.
In these
ranges, however, metal detecting
systems are adversely affected
even by very small, conductive
components in the bulk
material (e.g. soot, conductive additives).
Only
special software with product effect blanking-out provides
the precondition to compensate
these effects and to detect
metallic particles safely yet
with maximum reliability.

the SHARK®
digital metal detector can be applied.

installed either directly at the injection moulding machine,
or integrated in down pipes to

Material coated metallic particles are also detected and
safely separated.
Owing to its high basic sensitivity it safely removes even non magnetic metals (aluminium, lead
etc.) of max.0.1 mm. The sensitivity
depends on the coil diameter and the
product characteristics.
